FAQ

Frequently asked questions

The most common questions we receive.

When does Season 1 actually start?
Season 1 kicks off on Friday, January 1, 2027. Before that, every registered team plays pre-season placement matches that decide its division. Placement dates are announced on our Discord.
How do I register my team?
Visit the Register page and fill in the registration form with your team details, captain info and roster (4 to 6 players). Our staff reviews each application within 48 hours. Before the season starts, every team plays placement matches that decide its starting division.
Is there an entry fee?
FFEL Academy is free. Élite and Challenger may have a small registration fee in future seasons to fund the prize pool, but Season 1 entry is free for all three divisions.
Can I play if I'm not from Europe?
No. The FFEL is exclusively for European players. All squad members must reside in Europe (EU, UK, EEA, Switzerland, Balkans). This may change in future seasons but stays strict for Season 1.
How are matches broadcasted?
All match days are streamed live on YouTube with English commentary. VODs remain available after the broadcast. Multilingual coverage will expand in future seasons.
What if my team can't make a match?
Match dates are fixed and rescheduling is not allowed. If your team forfeits a match, you receive 0 points for that match day. Repeated no-shows can lead to removal from the season.
